Job summary

Covenant House Florida Inc is seeking a Case Management Coordinator to lead and evaluate case management and youth services for ages 18-22 in the safe haven as they transition to independence.

Responsibilities include supervising a team, coordinating case management activities, ensuring high-quality documentation, and maintaining safety with crisis de-escalation when needed. This role requires a Florida driver’s license and on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Behavior Analysis, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) years of leadership or team-support experience in case management or a related field.
• Two years of case management experience with at-risk youth preferred.
• On-site role with availability to work outside standard hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to a team of Intensive case managers and advisors.
• Coordinate daily/weekly case management activities with team members.
• Ensure youth safety and de-escalation when necessary; maintain crisis intervention readiness.
• Oversight of grant-funded programs and accurate client records.
• Ensure documentation meets licensing, funding, and agency standards.
