Job summary

Covenant House California in Oakland is seeking a dedicated RRH Case Manager to support 18-24 year olds experiencing homelessness. Under the Oakland Program Director, you will provide housing navigation, comprehensive case management, and collaboration with partner agencies to rapidly rehouse youth through Alameda County CES.

This full-time, non-exempt role requires trauma-informed, harm-reduction oriented practice, data entry, and a commitment to CHC's mission of respect and unconditional love

Qualifications

• Experience in case management settings.
• Trauma-informed approach to youth services.
• Harm-reduction philosophy in practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide RRH case management to homeless youth aged 18-24.
• Coordinate housing navigation and shelter access with CES.
• Collaborate with Alameda County agencies and CHC partners.
• Maintain a caseload of 10-15 youth and document progress.
• Support youth toward stable housing and goal achievement.
