Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks a Senior Support Services Manager to lead the Case Management team for Interim Housing. The role focuses on implementing services, ensuring documentation quality, and maintaining contractual compliance through strong supervision and staff development.

The SSSM will coordinate with partner agencies, manage reporting schedules, and oversee program outcomes while ensuring high-quality, in-person service delivery to participants at ECS program locations.

Qualifications

• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Experience with crisis intervention is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and oversee case management services for Interim Housing.
• Supervise and support the Case Management staff, including scheduling and payroll.
• Ensure timely completion of case notes, assessments and service plans.
• Maintain contract compliance, reporting, and program budgeting.
• Collaborate with partner agencies and internal teams for integrated service delivery.
