Job summary

Episcopal Community Services (ECS) seeks a Support Services Manager to lead the Support Services program and staff, overseeing clinical supervision, payroll, and documentation. The role ensures contract compliance, service outcomes, and accurate reporting.

You will guide the rent-up and resident-stabilization process for the property, coordinating with partner agencies and ensuring a high standard of client care.

Qualifications

• At least two years of supervisory experience.
• Master's Degree in psychology, counseling social work, or related field strongly preferred.
• Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (MFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) strongly preferred.
• Prior experience with homeless and low-income individuals preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills required.
• Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Working knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health resources.
• Leadership experience supervising staff including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and progressive discipline.
