Job summary

Episcopal SeniorLife Communities seeks a Supportive Housing Manager to oversee ESSHI services at the 270 East Ave location. You will manage staff, coordinate intake, and ensure high-quality case management and wellness coordination for residents.

Responsibilities include leading service coordinators, conducting town hall and quarterly reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with community partners to meet funder guidelines and program targets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree minimum in a Health and Human Service field with three (3) years’ experience providing care management for individuals experiencing homelessness, mental illness and/or older adults.
• Valid New York State driver’s license with a clean driving record and willingness to drive a van to transport participants.
• Must have prior experience managing a Supportive Housing program or similar community-based program.
• Experience working with homeless populations.
• Experience with community-based and other social support services as well as healthcare services responding to individuals’ needs.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of services at 270 East Avenue location.
• Lead and supervise Service Coordinators, Health and Wellness Coordinator, and Drivers as needed.
• Coordinate outreach to community referral agencies and schedule apartment tours for program enrollment.
• Ensure quality services with high satisfaction through regular check-ins with participants and staff.
• Monitor budgets, timecards, invoices, and vendor coordination.
