You will develop and manage carrier relationships to meet our produce customers’ needs while upholding best-in-class compliance and service.

Qualifications

• 5+ yrs experience in carrier brokerage; including 3+ yrs in produce & floral.
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance set forth by FSMA, STF, and PACA.
• High energy with strong work ethic and passion for continuous improvement.
• Commitment to best-in-class service to our carriers and customers.
• Proven ability to establish rapport and build relationships quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset to handle complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service produce customers.
• Ensure compliance and service standards across all shipments.
• Procure freight carriers meeting regulatory requirements and optimize capacity.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Tracking and Client Success teams.
