Job summary

Arrive Logistics, a leading transportation and technology company, seeks a Senior Carrier Account Representative to grow carrier partnerships and service for customers nationwide. You will procure carriers, negotiate loads, and analyze market conditions to deliver best-in-class service.

The role emphasizes building internal and external relationships, proactive problem-solving, and maintaining high service performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role.
• Personable, hard-working and solution-oriented.
• Strong work ethic and ability to hustle.
• Ability to establish external and internal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and build relationships with carriers in CRM or via research.
• Develop carrier partnerships and arrange/ negotiate loads for customers.
• Analyze market conditions and carrier availability to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with the tracking team to provide elite service from pickup to delivery.
• Maintain outstanding service performance and update tracking boards regularly.
• Seek opportunities to utilize committed capacity with new and existing customers.
