Job summary

Arrive Logistics is a leading transportation and technology company expanding its Carrier Capacity team in San Antonio, TX. We seek a Senior Carrier Account Representative with 2+ years of Carrier Sales or Brokering experience to grow relationships with carriers and service customers with best-in-class support.

You will procure carriers, negotiate loads, analyze market conditions, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize capacity and customer satisfaction in a high-energy setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a Carrier Sales or Brokering role is required.
• Resourcefulness and curiosity help you solve complex issues daily.
• Strong work ethic and hustle are essential to succeed at Arrive.
• Ability to build and maintain external and internal relationships.

Responsibilities

• Procure freight carriers and develop carrier partnerships.
• Negotiate loads and arrange capacity for Arrive's customers/shippers.
• Analyze market conditions and carrier availability to meet shipping needs.
• Collaborate with the tracking team to provide elite end-to-end service.
• Maintain tracking boards and update pre-pickup status regularly.
• Identify opportunities to utilize committed capacity with new and existing customers.
• Foster relationships with Business Development and other internal teams.
