• Plan sales activities in conjunction with current strategies and analyze account and market data.
• Drive revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability across an assigned cargo portfolio.
• Manage national accounts in addition to local/regional assignments and coordinate with headquarters contacts.
• Submit timely sales plans and activity reports to support objectives for territory and market.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while building a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet or exceed measurable key performance indicator goals.
• Deepen customer relationships to enhance engagement, contract performance, and Delta Cargo's brand presence.
• Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers, ensuring timely issue resolution.
• Practice safety conscious behaviors in all processes and procedures.
