Job summary

Delta Air Lines, Inc. seeks a Manager, JFK Cargo Operations to lead a diverse team and serve as the top Delta representative in JFK. You will drive safety, service recovery, and world-class customer experiences while managing a large operation in high-stress situations.

You will report to the General Manager of JFK CGO Operations and collaborate with Maintenance, HR, Finance, and other partners to meet strategic goals and ROI targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead JFK Cargo Operations with a diverse team of frontline and support staff.
• Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to meet hub goals.
• Drive safety improvements and environmental compliance.
• Manage operating and capital plans and achieve financial objectives.
• Foster cross-divisional partnerships to hit performance targets.
• Resolve service failures and maintain high customer focus.
• Model Delta values and lead through coaching and engagement.
• Oversee contractors and non-Delta personnel operations.
