Responsibilities

• Lead JFK Cargo Operations day-to-day, including cargo, mail and logistics.
• Drive safety improvements and service recovery strategies.
• Develop strategic and tactical plans to meet hub goals.
• Provide leadership to direct reports and cross-divisional partners.
• Make data-driven recommendations and ROI-focused improvements.
• Oversee operating and capital plans and achieve financial objectives.
• Model Delta's core values and promote positive employee relations.
• Resolve customer service failures and drive positive outcomes.
