Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Hyperion or similar BI tools.
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in air cargo industry or with industry datasets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional strategies and performance management with stakeholders across Sales, RM, Network, Operations and JV partners.
• Conduct end-to-end commercial analysis of customer proposals and RFP responses.
• Develop financially sound offers that drive incremental Delta Cargo revenue.
• Manage regional cargo commercial performance including weekly trends and quarterly reviews.
• Enhance capability to provide offers and solutions to customers using data-driven insights.
• Present pricing rationale and terms in internal bid-strategy meetings.
• Identify barriers to growth and coordinate cross-functional solutions.
• Lead seasonal lane strategy and performance optimization for a broad network.
