Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is a nationwide home care provider focused on helping seniors age in place. As Recruiting Manager, you will partner with the Scheduling Manager and report to the Operating Director, handling recruiting, administrative support, and on-call scheduling responsibilities.

You will oversee caregiver hiring, onboarding, and ongoing supervision, while ensuring client satisfaction and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates and/or Bachelor Degree; may substitute Degree requirement with a combination of education/experience; and minimum of two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.
• Valid drivers license
• Valid state required proof of auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Caregiver management: hiring and terminating caregivers as needed.
• Recruiting: interview, hire, and onboard caregivers weekly.
• On-Call: manage after-hours calls from clients, caregivers, and referrals; adjust schedules as needed.
• General office support to Operating Director.
• In-home assessments: assist with intakes and ensure client satisfaction.
• Client care: ensure high-quality service from calls to in-home visits.
• Compliance: follow operating standards and state requirements.
