Ellaway Blues Consulting is seeking a Senior Career Development & Training Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to lead the creation and delivery of programs that strengthen employee growth, internal mobility, and long-term organizational talent development. You will partner with HR teams, leaders, and employees to build learning pathways, coaching resources, and tools for career advancement.

The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with a strong background in adult learning, career development

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, OD, or related field.
• 5+ years in career development, training, or talent management.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design.
• Experience with LMS platforms and data-driven evaluation.
• Coaching or instructional design certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver career development programs and learning paths.
• Create tools to help employees explore options and navigate internal mobility.
• Facilitate sessions on career mapping, leadership readiness, and personal branding.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management, and leaders to align programs with workforce needs.
• Measure impact using feedback, assessments, and performance data.
• Maintain content in the LMS and refresh as needed.
• Support mentoring and coaching initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor industry trends to adopt best practices.
