Job summary

Virtuoso is seeking a Professional Development & Training Specialist in Fort Worth, TX to manage the planning and delivery of professional development offerings for member agencies and travel advisors. The role requires coordinating timelines, content, and logistics to ensure high-quality learning experiences across time zones.

You will work closely with partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating live and virtual sessions, analyzing feedback, and ensuring program excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, business, learning and development, travel industry management, marketing, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of related work experience in learning and development, account management, customer service, events, travel, or a related field.
• Ability to manage a consistent flow of assigned work, balancing multiple timelines, deliverables, and priorities with accuracy.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and execution of professional development and training offerings.
• Liaise with partners on timelines, content, and delivery requirements.
• Host and facilitate live and virtual learning experiences.
• Analyze participation data and support reporting to partners and internal teams.
• Maintain scheduling, registration, and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Virtuoso to ensure quality execution.
• Train and cross-train with colleagues to share knowledge.
