Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, operations, or learning & development within manufacturing, logistics, or service operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Certifications in training or instructional design (CPTD, ATD, Kirkpatrick, etc.).
• Experience using LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective learning solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments in coordination with operations leaders and HR.
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for frontline staff, supervisors, and managers.
• Develop instructional materials, e-learning modules, job aids, and SOPs.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions.
• Track and evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
• Support onboarding and upskilling initiatives for new and existing employees.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Drive continuous improvement of training content, delivery methods, and learning systems.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on operational processes and systems.
• Partner with L&D, HR, and operations stakeholders to align training programs with strategic goals.
