Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC seeks an experienced Training and Development professional in Texas to design, implement, and oversee employee development programs aligned with logistics operations.

You will manage records, monitor program effectiveness, and coordinate Learning Management System usage while supporting leadership and talent management initiatives to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years training and development experience.
• Experience in logistics industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records of training activities and training needs, monitors program effectiveness, and recommends improvements.
• Tracks and reports on employee participation or assessment results.
• Coordinates materials and facilities for training sessions, including handouts, supplies, technology and rooms.
• Assists employees in use of Learning Management System.
• May conduct needs assessments, focus groups or employee interviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the Leadership Development Program.
• Provides ongoing coordination and support of the Talent Management Program.
