Job summary

The role requires moving fast, creating from scratch, and owning the training strategy as it grows. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in corporate training or education, solid instructional design chops, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a corporate trainer or educator
• Strong instructional design chops
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to move fast and iterate
• Experience with LMS platforms
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Collaborative, drama-free attitude and execution

Responsibilities

• Build DebtBlue's training function from the ground up, covering onboarding, skills, leadership, and more.
• Design and deliver training in Trainual and in person to ensure retention.
• Introduce new tools and AI to how training is built and delivered.
• Apply adult learning theory to create engaging training.
• Shape and grow the training department as it expands.
