Job summary

Ellaway Blues Consulting's client seeks a Learning & Development Analyst to blend data analytics, learning tech, and employee development to shape training programs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing training data, building dashboards, managing the LMS, coordinating training logistics, supporting onboarding, and driving continuous improvement with the Kirkpatrick framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Data Analytics, HR, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting Learning & Development, training operations, HR analytics, or similar.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, formulas, dashboards, and Power Query.
• Experience creating reports/dashboards with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
• Experience administering an LMS.
• Experience applying Kirkpatrick model to evaluate training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training data to measure program effectiveness and identify trends.
• Build dashboards/reports providing actionable insights to HR and leaders.
• Track learning metrics including attendance, completion, assessments, and feedback.
• Support training evaluations and measure learning effectiveness.
• Administer and maintain the LMS, including reporting and course assignments.
• Coordinate logistics for instructor-led and virtual sessions.
• Support onboarding programs, training schedules, and learning records.
• Assist employees with platform questions and learning resources.
• Partner with L&D on continuous improvement initiatives.
