ClearCaptions is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes and to build relationships within the community. This remote, full-time role reports to the Regional Sales Manager.

You will educate customers on device features while cultivating referrals and partnerships. The position emphasizes senior-focused service, travel within the region, and a strong benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience (B2B/B2C).
• Sales experience with seniors preferred.
• Experience in hearing health beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license and personal automobile.
• Ability to travel by car and occasional air travel.
• Work from home with high‑speed Internet.
• Proficient with MS Office and internet tools.
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Flexibility to work weekends.
• Strong people/relationship skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and problem-solving.
• Self-starter with organizational/time management skills.
• Team-oriented and collaborative mindset.
• Discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/MS Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Install ClearCaptions devices and train customers (in-home).
• Educate customers on phone features and usage.
• Develop relationships with retirement communities and groups.
• Generate referrals and lead events to educate on entitlements.
• Maintain customer/territory records and inventory.
