ClearCaptions, LLC is seeking a Territory Training & Sales Manager to install and train customers in their homes, with a focus on seniors. The role involves generating referrals, building community relationships, and educating customers about caption telephone services.

The position is remote/work-from-home, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. It requires travel and the ability to engage with hearing care providers and senior communities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Outside sales experience (B2B and/or B2C).
• Sales experience or work with seniors preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and own automobile.
• Willing and able to travel extensively by car; air travel occasionally.
• Work from a local home office with high-speed Internet.
• Proficient in MS Office and virtual tools (MS Teams).
• Comfortable working with seniors and disabled persons.
• Flexible hours including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Install ClearCaptions phones and train customers on features.
• Educate customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Establish relationships with retirement communities and groups.
• Create lead-generation activities and generate referrals.
• Educate Hearing Professionals about our caption telephone services.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies for service.
