Job summary

ClearCaptions is seeking an Assistant Regional Manager to lead remote territory teams across the U.S. The role focuses on installing and training new customers, growing revenue, and retaining existing clients within a 50% travel region.

You will hire, train, and mentor PT TTSMs, ensure policy compliance, manage territory results, and collaborate with sales and support to deliver outstanding customer service. Remote, US-based position.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must have experience meeting quota.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Familiarity with customer installation and training processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, service acquisition and retention quotas daily, weekly, monthly, and annually.
• Recruit, orient, train, and mentor territory staff for success.
• Ensure PT TTSMs follow policies for time punches and hours (25–30 per week).
• Coach territory reps to grow customer acquisitions via referrals and optimally schedule installations.
