Job summary

Maven Clinic is a leading virtual clinic focused on women and families, offering care across fertility, maternity, pediatrics, and menopause. We are seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team in a remote, nationwide role.

You will handle complex member inquiries, coordinate care, and contribute to continuous improvement across QA and product workflows for a fast-paced, compassionate care environment. The role supports our members 7 days a week with shifts listed in ET.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume customer service settings.
• Experience providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space.
• Strong written and verbal communication with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers through multiple channels.
• Support members in enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and booking appointments with providers.
• Apply deep product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to navigate nuanced care needs and resolve escalations.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and partnership inquiries.
• Support quality assurance processes across Maven products and surface trends to managers.
• Assist with bug identification and triage in coordination with ops and product teams.
• Participate in service recovery processes and contribute to Voice of the Customer feedback.
• Mentor and support junior associates through knowledge sharing.
