Maven Clinic is the world’s largest virtual clinic for women and families, providing care across 30+ specialties. We’re hiring a full-time Senior Care Support Associate to join our tiered support team and deliver exemplary care to members and providers.

You’ll manage nuanced inquiries, support enrollment and appointment coordination, and contribute to QA, bug triage, and cross-functional work streams in a remote-friendly, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume customer service.
• Experience supporting via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience in health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers via multiple channels.
• Support enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointments with providers.
• Apply product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to navigate care needs and resolve escalations.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including verification calls and partnership inquiries.
• Participate in QA processes and surface trends to managers.
• Assist with bug identification and triage with operations and product teams.
• Contribute to Voice of the Customer feedback loops.
• Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing.
