The Senior Associate role sits in our Care Support team, handling nuanced member inquiries and cross-functional tasks, including QA, bug triage, and product collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Comfortable providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience with QA processes or reviewing support interactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers through multiple channels (messaging, phone, live chat).
• Support members in enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointment bookings.
• Apply deep product, partnership, and benefits knowledge to navigate nuanced care needs and resolve escalations.
