Job summary

Maven Clinic is seeking a Senior Care Support Associate to join our Care Support team. Senior Associates bring deep product knowledge and ownership of complex workflows, delivering exemplary care to members and providers alike.

Operating within a tiered support model, you will engage in AI quality assurance, bug triage, and emerging workstreams as Maven evolves. The team supports members 7 days a week and emphasizes collaboration, empathy, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume customer service settings.
• Experience providing support via phone, live chat, and messaging.
• Experience in the health tech, fertility benefits, or insurance space.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with empathy.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact and deliver exemplary service to members and providers via multiple channels.
• Support members in enrollment, clinic and pharmacy coordination, and appointment booking.
• Apply deep product and benefits knowledge to navigate care needs and resolve escalations.
• Handle specialized support workstreams including validation calls and partnership inquiries.
• Participate in QA processes and surface trends to managers and leads.
• Assist with bug identification and triage in coordination with operations and product teams.
• Mentor junior associates through knowledge sharing and collaboration.
