Freedom Village of Bradenton is seeking a Director of Assisted Living & Memory Care to lead our AL and Memory Care neighborhoods. This is a visible, hands-on leadership role focused on building strong teams, partnering with families, and delivering resident-centered care.

You will oversee operations, compliance, staffing, and quality of care, collaborating with nursing and clinical teams to ensure safety, dignity, and outstanding experiences for residents and families in a Florida CCRC

Qualifications

• Experience leading Assisted Living and Memory Care operations.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to resident dignity, safety, independence, and quality of life.

Responsabilités

• Lead the daily operations of Assisted Living and Memory Care.
• Maintain a strong, visible presence with residents, families, and staff.
• Ensure individualized, compassionate care aligned with service plans.
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain high-performing staff.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, safety, and quality of care.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical teams on resident needs.
• Oversee memory care services and dementia care practices.
• Manage staffing, expenses, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Prepare for surveys and participate in leadership meetings.
• Work with HR on employee relations and development.
