Qualifikationen

• Active CNA or CMA license required.
• Minimum 1 year of long-term care or skilled nursing experience required.
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, or payroll preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain nursing staff schedules for all shifts and units.
• Ensure staffing levels meet state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate schedule changes, PTO, holidays, call-ins, and shift coverage.
• Assist with nursing payroll, attendance tracking, and timesheet accuracy.
• Maintain staffing records and scheduling software systems.
• Support onboarding and scheduling for new nursing employees.
• Communicate staffing updates with nursing leadership and staff.
• Help improve staff retention through efficient scheduling practices.
• Assist with scheduling resident appointments as needed.
• Provide direct care support within scope of practice when necessary.
