Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to promote residents' health and wellbeing by collaborating with the care team. The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support and coordinate with providers to maintain high-quality daily care.

Compensation ranges from $47 to $57 per hour, with evening/night differential ($4.50/$5.00) and a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience caring for seniors or cognitive impairment preferred.
• Active RN license in the state where you will practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families, focusing on holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in accordance with state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote independence by teaching residents and families about conditions and self-care.
• Monitor changes in resident status and respond to ensure comfort and safety.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and accurate documentation.
