Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with EMR systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop comprehensive care plans.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Promote resident independence and education for residents and families.
