Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing by collaborating with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties per state nurse practice act and standards.
• Educate residents and families on conditions, meds, and self-care.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with care team to provide routine nursing care.
