Job summary

Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing through collaboration with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates.

The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support, follow nursing standards, and support resident independence while coordinating care with the team. Onsite facilities and development opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience as an RN.
• Active RN license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties in line with state nursing standards.
• Promote resident independence by setting care goals and teaching family and residents.
• Monitor resident status and respond to changes to ensure comfort and safety.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Document accurately in the EMR and coordinate with interdisciplinary team.
