Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Massachusetts seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to promote, restore, and maintain residents’ health and wellbeing through collaboration with providers, the interdisciplinary team, and care associates. The RN will provide physical and psychosocial support to residents and families, develop comprehensive care plans, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualificações

• Must have a minimum of 6 months experience as an RN.
• Experience in caring for seniors or seniors with cognitive impairment preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, internet and web applications.
• Experience with an electronic medical record is preferred.
• Must have an active RN license in the state in which they will practice.
• CPR certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Developing relationships with residents and families with a caregiver approach.
• Performing clinical duties in accordance with the state nurse practice act and standards.
• Promoting independence by establishing care goals and teaching residents and families.
• Monitoring resident conditions and acting to ensure comfort and safety.
• Collaborating with care associates for routine nursing care.
• Administering medications and performing treatments per orders.
• Coordinating a holistic care plan with the interdisciplinary team.
• Supporting resident preferences and documenting in EMR.
• Participating in care conferences as requested by Clinical Manager.
