Linden Ponds by Erickson Senior Living is seeking an Registered Nurse (RN) to promote health and wellbeing for residents. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide physical and psychosocial support, and ensure care plans align with residents’ goals.

The role requires a valid RN license in Massachusetts, CPR certification, and at least 6 months of RN experience. Shifts include Day, Evening, and Night, with strong emphasis on resident-centered care.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 6 months RN experience.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience caring for seniors preferred.

Aufgaben

• Develop relationships with residents and families to support holistic care.
• Perform clinical duties per nurse practice act and standards.
• Promote resident independence with care goals and education.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with care associates to deliver routine nursing care.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and medication administration.
