Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in a clinical setting or similar.
• Experience working with EMR systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and help them feel at home during check-in.
• Update member information in the electronic medical records system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team.
• Assist members with filling out paperwork via electronic kiosks.
• Request medical records and upload to EMR.
• Field questions from members and families.
• Manage phone line and relay details to the appropriate person.
• Assist with center events as needed.
