Qualifications

• Excellent customer service with a welcoming demeanor.
• Passion for providing quality senior care.
• Ability to work with diverse populations including staff, members, families.
• Working knowledge of medical terminology, insurance, and EMR systems.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain professionalism and flexibility in a changing environment.
• Fluency in Spanish, or other languages spoken by communities served.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members upon arrival and guide them through check-in.
• Update member information in the EMR system.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for multi-disciplinary team.
• Assist with filling out paperwork via electronic kiosks.
• Request medical records and upload to EMR system.
• Field questions from members and their families.
• Manage phone line and relay messages to the right person.
• Assist with center events as needed.
