ArchWell Health is seeking a Referral Coordinator to guide members and their families through the healthcare system, arranging timely referrals to appropriate specialists or services. You will document referrals, monitor progress, and collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality senior care.

The role requires strong communication, HIPAA knowledge, and experience with EMR systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus, with a focus on servicing diverse communities.

Qualifikationen

• Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and coverage/authorization processes.
• HIPAA compliance experience and safeguarding PHI.
• Ability to communicate clearly with members, families, and providers.
• Spanish language proficiency or relevant community language skills.
• Familiarity with CPT and ICD-10 codes and medical terminology.
• Experience with EMR systems (preferably eClinicalWorks).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and care coordination tools.
• Strong multitasking with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
