• Associates degree preferred
• One year clinical setting experience
• Experience with EMR systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Welcome members upon arrival and guide them through check-in
• Update member information in the EMR system
• Schedule appointments and coordinate referrals for a multidisciplinary care team
• Assist members with filling out paperwork through electronic kiosks
• Request medical records and upload documentation to EMR
• Field questions from members and families
• Manage phone line by answering calls and relaying details
• Assist with center events as needed
