Job summary

ChenMed LLC is seeking a Membership Growth Consultant (MGC) to expand senior member enrollment by building community relationships, coordinating events, and presenting ChenMed/JenCare value at local gatherings.

You will develop partnerships with senior housing, health plans and brokers, manage leads in Salesforce, and drive referral opportunities while delivering exceptional service to seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Experience working with seniors or Medicare Advantage is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 75%.
• Strong negotiation, probing, closing, and objection-handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new patient opportunities by nurturing direct-to-seniors and B2B partnerships.
• Meet with seniors and groups to share ChenMed value proposition.
• Plan and execute local community events and health fairs.
• Develop broker and partner strategies to drive enrollment growth.
• Use CRM to document interactions and manage leads.
• Attend and present at community events and meetings.
