Job summary

Sharecare, through its CareLinx platform, seeks a Senior Care Advisor to guide families through caregiver search, hire and retention with exceptional remote support. You will answer benefit-specific questions, build rapport, and create caregiver matches tailored to individual preferences, delivering a positive, confident experience.

You will be a role model for teammates, excel at high‑level duties, and contribute to program improvements while maintaining privacy and high professional standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college-level coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Previous healthcare experience is preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after hires to maintain family and caregiver relationships.
• Document notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work with teammates across CareLinx to provide excellent service.
• Maintain professional communication via phone, email, and text.
• Stay informed on industry trends and be open to new business development.
• Present as a positive CareLinx representative to clients and colleagues.
• Take ownership of administrative and/or high-level tasks as needed.
• Identify trends affecting member experience during caregiver recruitment.
