Job summary

Sharecare's CareLinx division is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to support members and families through the caregiver search and hire process. You will guide benefit-specific questions, build rapport, and create caregiver matches with a focus on exceptional communication from initial contact through post-hire follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Some college-level coursework is preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Previous healthcare experience, preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsibilities

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to maintain family/caregiver relationships.
• Document interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system with accuracy.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other CareLinx groups.
• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
