Sharecare’s CareLinx division seeks a Senior Care Advisor to guide members through caregiver searches, matching, and post-hire support. You will build rapport with families, answer benefit questions, and ensure high-quality service throughout the caregiver journey.

You will be a role model for teammates, excel in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment, and work effectively from home with strong professional standards. Healthcare experience is preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Minimum of six months experience as a Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and be willing to learn about new business development opportunities.
• Present as a positive CareLinx representative to clients and colleagues.
• Take ownership of administrative and high-level tasks as needed.
• Identify trends affecting member experience during caregiver recruitment.
• Deescalate unhappy members and provide a positive experience.
• Suggest process improvements in collaboration with the team.
• Take on additional tasks for team benefit, including shadowing new members and pilot programs.
• Promote a positive team culture and support teammates.
• Meet and exceed performance goals as a Senior Enrollment Specialist.
