Sharecare is seeking a Senior Care Advisor to support CareLinx’s Payer Operations. You will guide members and families through caregiver search, hire, and retention, answering benefit questions and building confidence in services.

Youll also develop caregiver matches, document interactions in the EHR, and collaborate with enrollment and care teams. A customer-service mindset and strong communication are essential for success in a remote environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum six months experience as Care Advisor or Enrollment Specialist.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and on a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on caregiver search journey with strong communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team for seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to families and caregivers.
• Document notes in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication.
• Identify trends that affect member experience during recruitment.
• Take ownership of administrative and high-level tasks.
