Memory Training Centers of Florida is growing and seeks a compassionate Healthcare Intake Coordinator to join our administrative team in North Miami Beach. You’ll help create a smooth patient experience by coordinating the new patient intake from referral through scheduling and by collecting demographics and insurance information.

The ideal candidate has healthcare intake or patient coordination experience, excellent communication, and proficiency with EHR/EMR, AdvancedMD or Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• Healthcare intake or patient coordination experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent telephone and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the new patient intake process from referral through scheduling.
• Communicate with patients, families, senior living communities, and referral sources.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Collect and verify patient demographics, insurance, and intake information.
• Maintain accurate patient information in the EHR/EMR and tracking systems.
• Follow up on incomplete documentation and outstanding intake items.
• Provide friendly, professional support to senior patients and their families.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative needs as the practice grows.
