Qualifications

• Experience with accounts receivable and general financial processes.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Experience in healthcare or senior care settings preferred.
• Proficient in typing, 10-key, and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Receivable and related records.
• Support Billing Operations and verify admissions data.
• Process Medicare, MSP, and insurance claims.
• Oversee Resident Trust Funds and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure timely Medicare/HMO billing and hospice invoicing.
• Provide staff training and ensure office coverage.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on admissions and payer updates.
• Handle general office tasks including mail and PCC records.
