Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review referral requests generated by primary care physicians and onsite specialists.
• Coordinate appointment date and time for patients.
• Inform patients of appointment details and necessary test preparations; arrange transportation if needed.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and secure information.
• Process referral orders and track reports to ensure timely patient visits.
