Job summary

Senior Helpers of Lehigh Valley is seeking a Client Service Manager to oversee all client services, lead onboarding for new clients, and grow service hours from existing clients. You will be the main contact for new families, coordinate visits, and tailor care plans to improve seniors’ quality of life.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic home-care environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in customer service, client services and management, sales, and account management.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and follow-up skills and the ability to quickly build rapport with prospects, clients, and client families.
• Ability to learn software programs quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement onboarding processes for new clients.
• Respond to service inquiry calls and conduct follow-up communications to meet conversion targets.
• Be the main contact for introductions, first days of service calls, and visits for new clients and families (30–90 days).
• Determine service offerings needed to enhance seniors’ quality of life.
• Complete assessments and re-assessments using LIFE Profile for existing clients.
• Spend time in the field re-assessing clients and managing client visits in hospitals, rehabs, facilities, etc.
• Monitor online reviews and identify service improvement opportunities.
• Adapt and communicate client care plans as needed.
• Communicate with Scheduler and Care Team Manager to adjust caregiver client assignments.
• Create a plan for replacing lost hours and proactive care management weekly.
• Generate internal growth consistent with company goals.
• Proactively prevent and resolve problems and issues.
