Job summary

Senior Helpers Eastside is seeking a Caregiver Leadership & Operations Manager to lead daily operations, mentor our caregiving team, and ensure high-quality care for local families.

You will own caregiver onboarding, performance development, and training programs; conduct QA checks; drive morale and publish caregiver communications; manage schedules and timesheets; and collaborate with the owner to grow the business. A proactive, organized, people-focused candidate fits best.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of caregiver and/or client services management, healthcare administration, home care, or scheduling experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and quick to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, develop, and train caregivers; implement training programs and performance development.
• Conduct quality assurance site checks to ensure care plans and safety standards are met.
• Drive team morale by managing recognition programs and caregiver communications.
• Monitor daily logs, timesheets, and scheduling software; manage changes and minimize lost hours.
• Collaborate with the owner to coach team members and ensure smooth office communication.
