Job summary

Life Managers & Associates seeks a Client Relationship Manager to serve as the primary liaison for clients and their families, guiding them in managing financial and administrative duties with a collaborative team.

You will build strong client relationships, coordinate a dedicated support team, and ensure ongoing oversight, structure, and protection while maintaining independence for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across clients and families.
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Quicken experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide three professional references.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, building long-term trust-based relationships.
• Collaborate with a client support team to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
• Assist clients with day-to-day financial and administrative responsibilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage bill payments, records, schedules, and ongoing administrative needs.
• Handle confidential information with the highest discretion.
• Track and manage multiple client priorities to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Maintain detailed documentation using Outlook, Excel, Planner, and Quicken.
• Communicate clearly with clients, families, and external professionals.
