Job summary

LifeWorx, a premier elder care and domestic staffing company, seeks a Client Relationship Manager to join our Arlington, VA office. You will lead consultative sales, manage client relationships, and drive business development for concierge elder care across the DMV area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in client-facing sales or recruitment, with strong communication and organizational skills. In-office schedule Mon-Fri 9-5, with local travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and at least 2 years in professional sales, account management, recruiting, staffing, or other client-facing roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to build trust with clients and partners.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, able to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales cycle and client management from inquiry to placement, delivering a high-touch concierge experience.
• Consult with clients to assess needs and educate them on LifeWorx services; recommend best solutions for families.
• Partner with Recruiting Associates for caregiver matching and placement, ensuring a great client and caregiver experience.
• Develop referrals by building relationships with hospitals, senior communities, physicians, and other health professionals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships after placement through proactive service and identifying opportunities for additional support.
• Oversee sales administration and CRM activity with accurate records and follow-up communications.
• Collaborate with Recruiters and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and team coverage.
